Refund policy
PRODUCT RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Products purchased from the online store can be returned and exchanged within 14 days of receiving the product. If the size of the ordered product does not fit, it can be exchanged for another size of the same product. If we are unable to find the desired size for the returned product for exchange, we will notify you by e-mail. If you wish to exchange or replace the product, you must fill out the return form included with the shipment, where you can indicate the products to be exchanged and replaced and the new size desired in the event of an exchange.
Once the returned products have reached us and been checked, we will transfer the refund to the account specified in the order within 14 days.
Products that have had the product label with the product price, product name and product codes removed cannot be returned.
We recommend that you return the products in their original transport packaging if possible and that all products returned within one order be returned at once. The costs associated with the return are borne by the customer, unless the product is defective.
The returned goods must be unused and undamaged.
RETURNING A CORRECT OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCT
Please inform us immediately if the product does not match the image displayed in the online store or is defective, but no later than within 2 months of becoming aware of the non-conformity or defect. A claim can be submitted by e-mail to info@mr-plussize.com, where we ask you to indicate your contact details, the date of purchase, a description of the product defect and the claim you are making.
In the case of a wrong or defective product, please fill out the return form included with the shipment. Baltic Techinvest OÜ will refund you the costs incurred in mailing the return. To do this, please keep the document received upon mailing and send it to the e-mail address info@mr-plussize.com with the order number.

- PERSONA BELLA store (Ülemiste keskus, 2 k. Suur Sõjamäe, 4 ) Mon-Sat 10:00-21:00, Sun 10:00-19:00.

Products received from a Smartposti and/or Omniva parcel machine can be returned via the parcel machine, using the same door code as when receiving the package.
