Delivery terms
When shopping at MR-PlusSize.com, the following delivery methods are available:
- Smartpost and Omniva parcel terminals — free within Estonia for all orders.
- Courier delivery within Estonia — a paid service.
- International delivery — a paid service.
Courier and international delivery costs are calculated and displayed at checkout.
RECEIVING GOODS FROM A SMARTPOST AND/OR OMNIVA PARCEL TERMINAL
Delivery of goods to Smartpost and/or Omniva parcel terminals in Estonia is free on all orders.
Goods are dispatched within 1-2 business days and will arrive at the parcel terminal within 1-2 business days after posting.
Customers are notified by SMS when the shipment has arrived and the location of the parcel. The message includes the necessary door code to open it. The storage time for the shipment in the parcel terminal is 7 calendar days.
If the customer has not collected the goods from the parcel terminal after the storage period has expired, MR-PlusSize.com will consider that the customer has canceled the order, and the seller will refund the purchase amount along with the delivery fee immediately, but no later than 14 calendar days to the same settlement account from which the purchase was paid.
MR-PlusSize.com is not liable for any damages incurred by the customer if, for reasons not attributable to the seller, third parties have come into possession of the parcel terminal's unique code and have obtained the goods based on this.
