Shipping policy

When making a purchase from MR-PLUSSIZE.COM online store, the customer can choose the suitable method of receiving their order, which includes:

• Picking up goods from our stores in Tallinn, located at Harju 1 (Marina Rinaldi);
• Smartpost;
• Omniva

PICK-UP FROM STORE

Goods are issued during the opening hours of Marina Rinaldi.
Customers can collect their purchases from the stores on the next calendar day after making the purchase.

Goods are released to the customer upon presenting a valid identification document (ID card, passport, driver's license) and the order number.
If the customer does not collect the goods within 14 calendar days, it will be considered that the customer has withdrawn from the order, and the purchase amount will be refunded immediately, but no later than 14 calendar days, to the same bank account from which the payment was made.

RECEIVING GOODS THROUGH SMARTPOST AND/OR OMNIVA PACKAGE TERMINALS

Delivery of goods to the Smartpost and/or Omniva package terminal chosen by the client is chargeable according to the price list of the chosen postal service provider.

Goods are dispatched within 1-2 working days and will arrive at the package terminal within 1-2 working days after dispatch.

The customer is notified of the arrived parcel and its location via SMS, which includes the code necessary to open the door. The storage period for the parcel at the terminal is 7 calendar days.

If the customer does not collect the goods from the package terminal after the storage period, MR-PlusSize.com considers that the customer has withdrawn from the order, and the seller will refund the customer the purchase amount along with the delivery fee immediately, but not later than 14 calendar days to the same bank account used for the purchase.

MR-PlusSize.com is not liable for any damages incurred to the customer if, for reasons not attributable to the seller, third parties have obtained the unique code of the package terminal and have collected the goods based on it.
