Shipping policy
WHEN SHOPPING AT MR-PLUSSIZE.COM, THE FOLLOWING DELIVERY METHODS ARE AVAILABLE:
- Smartpost and Omniva parcel terminals — free within Estonia for all orders.
- Courier delivery within Estonia — a paid service.
- International delivery — a paid service.
Courier and international delivery costs are calculated and displayed at checkout.
RECEIVING GOODS THROUGH SMARTPOST AND/OR OMNIVA PACKAGE TERMINALS
Delivery to Smartpost and/or Omniva parcel terminals in Estonia is free for all orders.
Shipping costs to other countries are calculated at checkout.
Goods are dispatched within 1-2 working days and will arrive at the package terminal within 1-2 working days after dispatch.
The customer is notified of the arrived parcel and its location via SMS, which includes the code necessary to open the door. The storage period for the parcel at the terminal is 7 calendar days.
If the customer does not collect the goods from the package terminal after the storage period, MR-PlusSize.com considers that the customer has withdrawn from the order, and the seller will refund the customer the purchase amount along with the delivery fee immediately, but not later than 14 calendar days to the same bank account used for the purchase.
MR-PlusSize.com is not liable for any damages incurred to the customer if, for reasons not attributable to the seller, third parties have obtained the unique code of the package terminal and have collected the goods based on it.
